Aparentment

Aparentment

Aparentment is a space for creation and innovation, experimenting with materials with the goal to develop robust, lasting and timeless designs.

Aparentment collections feature contemporary and casual sophistication. Parts made of noble materials such as Carrara marble, wood and brass play with the concepts of style and uniqueness.

Josep Vila captures in his collections the creative discourse that motivates him as a professional. On the one hand, printing his aesthetic character in accessible designs with an artistic touch, playing with the metaphor & contradictions (like a Brique made of marble), transgress without losing the sophistication and looking for the opportunity to offer something different, working from design to production with local craftsmen and manufacturers.

A game between luxury and vulgarity.

Brick

A game between luxury and vulgarity, with the appearance of an improvised table made of common bricks and broken glass. The piece uses Carrara marble, made by renowned craftsmen and tempered glass, high quality materials and exquisite billing to contrast with the first visual shock.
