Biscuits Barcelona is the union of two designers with a history and gastronomic experience: Ivan Merino and Sergi Freixes.
This union of both worlds, that of design and kitchen, seen from the point of view of the profession of graphic design, product design and Art, opens up a really interesting and much more creative path for us.
Our study therefore aims to cover in the broadest and most comprehensive way the aspects of design, management, development and presentation in any field of the hospitality sector: from new supports such as tableware, glasses, utensils … to furniture and integral kitchens.
Presentations for events, conventions, catterings, cocktails … or integral projects of spaces are designed by our team.
Our most powerful value is the design of new gastronomic concepts and products, since we consider ourselves creative professionals capable of making new ideas related to the pleasure of eating a reality.

Natural interpretation playing with bread: a material or ingredient to sculpt objects. This project is a collaboration with Daniel Yacubovich and his own project “Manteles al Óleo
